Enalapril Antihypertensive ACE inhibitor. Watch for hyperkalaemia.
Lisinopril Antihypertensive ACE inhibitor. Dry cough is a common side effect.
Methotrexate Chemotherapy Folate antagonist. Supplement with folic acid.
Rituximab Chemotherapy Anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody. Screen for HBV before use.
Erythropoietin Antidiabetic Stimulates red blood cell production.
Ciprofloxacin Antibiotic Fluoroquinolone. Avoid in tendon injury history.
Vancomycin Antibiotic Monitor trough levels and renal function.
Insulin Glargine Antidiabetic Long-acting basal insulin. Inject subcutaneously.
Enoxaparin Anticoagulant LMWH used for DVT prophylaxis and treatment.
Deferasirox Chemotherapy Iron chelator for transfusion-dependent anaemia.
Prednisolone Steroid Oral corticosteroid. Common in autoimmune conditions.
